The best reading audience ever!

First and foremost, thank you for all the comments and emails on my previous post. I really appreciate it!

I was in full panic mode when I wrote it and have calmed quite a bit since then.  I’m going to let the appeal process run through it’s course, and if that doesn’t work, I have a few plans of action (thanks to everyone who wrote me with suggestions).

I have the name of an attorney who specializes in exactly this kind of thing, and I’ll be making a formal complaint to the insurance commission (apparently, insurance companies hate it when you do that and it lights a fire under their butts to get things fixed quickly).

Financially, I’m ok for now.  My wife and I had been saving cash like mad for the last 8 months, and between us, we still have enough to float things for a while (even though we had to pay for a new roof and some concrete repairs for the house).  We’ll be ok as long as this gets sorted quickly.

Again, I can’t state enough how much I appreciate your concern… it really means a lot to me!

*sniff*

I have the best reading audience EVER!!

The really sad thing is that the insurance jerks will send 5-10 lawyers to your one. The longer they can tie you up in court, the better for them, as the dollars will be worth less when they finally do pay, and their high-yield investments will make enough in the meantime to make it nearly a near ‘net-loss of zero’ end game for them.

They don’t call the insurance industry ‘the rich man’s piggy bank’ for no reason ya know. Best of luck. Above all, outlast them!!!!

To be sure you will win in this case though… Doesn’t the ACLU cover these kinds of issues?? http://www.aclu.org/disability/index.html

Its another path you could look into at least…

I am also sorry for not swinging by and saying hi. I have thought about it, but decided against it thinking you wouldn’t be up to listening to me ramble about the latest EA B.S. None the less, you are in my thoughts all the time and I hope you stay strong through the fog… (Dont pay attention to the spelling… 😉 ) Miss your banter though..
